Payment Policy

This page explains how pricing, billing and payment work with Khalid SEO. I keep it simple so there are no surprises.

Pricing

My main plan is RM 999 per month. Larger sites and very competitive niches may get a custom quote. I always confirm the price with you in writing, on WhatsApp or email, before any paid work starts.

Free audit

The first audit is free. You pay nothing until you decide to start.

How billing works

Plans are billed monthly in advance. I send you an invoice or payment request at the start of each billing month. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless we agree on another currency in writing.

How to pay

I will share the payment details with you directly when you start. I will never ask you to pay to an account that was not shared by me on my official WhatsApp number or email. If you get a payment request that looks different, please check with me first.

Late payments

Please pay within the due date on your invoice. If a payment is late, I may pause the work until it is paid. I will tell you before I do.

Cancelling

There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time by messaging me on WhatsApp or email. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid another charge. You will not be charged for months after you cancel.

Refunds

Because the work starts as soon as a month begins, payments for a month that has already started are not refunded. If you think there is a billing mistake, tell me and I will check it and fix it quickly.

Price changes

If my prices change, I will tell you before your next billing month. Your current plan price stays the same until then.
